Will AI replace my staff?
That's not the goal. The goal is to take repetitive work off their plate so they can spend time on customers and the work that needs a person.
Is it safe to use AI with customer information?
It can be, with the right tools and settings. We'll explain where data goes, keep sensitive information out of tools that shouldn't have it, and set things up to match your obligations.
Do I need to buy new AI tools?
Often not. Many tools you already pay for, like your email, CRM or scheduling software, can do more than you're using them for. We'll check those first.
What does it cost to run?
Most setups use software with a monthly subscription. We'll give you the expected running costs before you agree to anything, so there are no surprises.
What if an automation stops working?
You get documentation and a way to switch it off. If a deliverable doesn't meet the criteria we agreed in writing, we fix it. Optional Keep Improving support, from $500 a month, covers monitoring and fixes after that.
