How it works and pricing

Clear steps. Fixed prices. No surprises.

There are two ways to start, depending on your business. Recruitment and staffing agencies start with a free Revival Check. Everyone else starts with a free 15-minute call. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts.

Free first callNo pitchReply within one business day

In short: for recruitment and staffing agencies, the free 30-minute Revival Check leads to the 30-Day Client Revival ($3,000 up front, or $3,500 in two payments), then BD Engine from $1,000 a month, with a custom Full BD System for larger agencies. For every other business, a free 15-minute call leads to the $500 Find the Opportunity review, then Make It Better projects starting at $3,000 and optional Keep Improving support from $500 a month. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.

For recruitment and staffing agencies

The 30-Day Client Revival, and what comes after.

More job orders from employers you've already placed for, done for you inside your CRM and live within 14 days. Backed by a conversations guarantee.

Founding spots remaining: 3 of 3. The first three agencies get the Client Revival free (you pay any software costs) in exchange for a case study, an honest testimonial if they're happy and two introductions if it was useful. How it works

  1. Revival Check · Free

A 30-minute call. We count your past clients, estimate what one revived placement is worth and show you the gap.

  2. 30-Day Client Revival · $3,000 up front, or $3,500 in two payments

Past-client check-ins you approve, a same-hour reply system for employer inquiries, fee agreement follow-up, the Monday view and team training. Live within 14 days.

  3. BD Engine · $1,000–$1,500 a month

After the 30 days, if you want it to keep running: a new revival campaign each month, the Monday view and adjustments. 12 months for the price of 10 if paid yearly.

  4. Full BD System · Custom, typically $15,000+

For larger agencies with 20–50 people: everything above, plus database cleanup, team training and 90 days of support.

For all other businesses · Step 1

What do you get for $500?

  • Conversations with your team. You and the people who actually do the work.
  • A look at your tools. Usually by screen share.
  • A process map. Every step, who does it, which tool it lives in and where work waits.
  • Up to three findings. The steps holding the rest back, ranked, with what we saw and why it matters.
  • A practical plan. What to fix first, what can wait, and options to do it yourself, with someone else or with us.

The process

What happens after you reach out?

Each step has a clear end point. You decide whether to continue after each one.

  1. Free 15-minute call

You tell us how things work and where they get frustrating. We tell you honestly whether a review is worth it. No pitch.

  2. Find the Opportunity review

We map one part of your business, talk to the people involved and look at the tools you use. You get up to three prioritized findings and a plan.

  3. Fixed quote for the fix

If something is worth fixing, we quote it in writing: what we'll build, what it costs, how long it takes and how we'll know it works.

  4. Build, test and hand over

We build the improvement, test it with your team, document it and train the people who will use it.

  5. Optional ongoing support

If it's useful, we keep an eye on things month to month and keep improving them. If not, you're done.

Honest fit check

Is Grox Co. a fit for your business?

We'd rather tell you now than sell you something that won't help.

Right for you if

  • You run an established small or medium business in Ontario, with customers and a team
  • Inquiries, follow-up, handoffs or admin feel slower than they should
  • You want fixed prices and plain answers, not open-ended hourly billing
  • You want something your team will actually use, not a thick report

Not right for you if

  • You're a startup still looking for your first customers
  • You want someone to run your ads or social media
  • You want someone to promise a specific revenue or lead number
  • You want AI added for its own sake, before the process makes sense

Pricing questions

Common questions about cost

Which option is right for my business?

If you run a recruitment or staffing agency, start with the free 30-minute Revival Check. It's built around one specific offer, the 30-Day Client Revival. Every other business starts with the free 15-minute call, and usually the $500 Find the Opportunity review.

Is the $500 review credited toward a project?

No. The review is a complete piece of work on its own, and the plan is yours to keep whether or not you work with us again. If you go ahead with a project, it's quoted separately in writing.

Why not just a free audit?

A proper review takes real time: interviews, mapping and analysis. Charging a fair, fixed price means you get careful work instead of a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. The 15-minute call is always free.

Do I have to continue after the review?

No. The plan is yours to keep. You can do the work yourself, with someone else, or with us.

What if the fix doesn't work?

Before we build anything, we agree in writing on what it should do and how we'll know it works. If a deliverable doesn't meet those agreed criteria, we fix it.

Will my team actually use it?

That's what we design for. We test every fix with the people who'll use it, write down how it works and train your team before handing it over.

How do I know what my project will cost?

The price depends on the size of the fix, and projects start at $3,000. You'll get the full price in writing before you agree to anything, and we can often split larger work into smaller stages.

Do software costs come on top?

Yes. If a fix needs a tool with a subscription, you pay for it directly and own the account. We'll tell you the expected costs before you agree.

How do payments work?

The review is paid up front. Larger projects are paid in milestones, agreed in writing before work starts.
