Getting started
What does Grox Co. do?
We help established small and medium businesses in Ontario find what's slowing them down and fix it. We work on four areas: winning new customers, following up and closing sales, day-to-day operations and admin, and practical automation and AI. See all four service areas.
What happens on the free call?
It's a free 15-minute conversation. You explain how things work today and where it gets frustrating. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether a paid review makes sense. There's no pitch and no obligation.
Do you have a specific offer for recruitment agencies?
Yes. For agencies with 5–50 people, our main offer is the 30-Day Client Revival: your past employer clients get personal check-ins you approve, new employer inquiries get a same-hour reply, fee agreements get followed up, and you see it all on one page every Monday. It's done for you inside your CRM and starts with a free 30-minute Revival Check. See the 30-Day Client Revival.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Established small and medium businesses in any industry, including recruitment agencies, B2B and creative agencies, trades and home services, professional services, and property and facility services. See who we help.
Who is Grox Co. not a good fit for?
Startups still looking for their first customers, businesses that want someone to run their ads or social media, and anyone who wants a promise of a specific revenue or lead number. We'd rather tell you that up front.
Where is Grox Co. based?
We're based in Ottawa, Ontario. We meet in person around Ottawa and work with businesses across Ontario by video call and screen share.
Pricing and process
What is included in the Find the Opportunity review?
It's a $500 fixed-price review of one part of your business. It includes conversations with you and key team members, a map of how the process works today, up to three prioritized findings, a practical plan and a meeting to walk through it. It's usually delivered in 3–5 business days. See the full review details.
How much does Grox Co. cost?
For recruitment and staffing agencies, the 30-Day Client Revival is $3,000 up front or $3,500 in two payments, after a free Revival Check. For other businesses, the review is $500, implementation projects are fixed scope and start at $3,000, and optional monthly support starts at $500 per month. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. See full pricing.
How long does a project take?
The review takes 3–5 business days once we have what we need from you. Make It Better projects come with a timeline in the written quote, often 2–6 weeks.
Can you guarantee results?
We don't promise specific revenue numbers, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We do agree in writing on what we'll deliver and how we'll know it works, and we fix it if it doesn't meet those agreed criteria.
Will my team actually use what you build?
That's what we design for. We test every fix with the people who'll use it, write down how it works and train your team before handing it over.
Do you run ads or manage social media?
No. We fix what happens after someone finds you: your website, inquiries, replies and follow-up. If ads make sense later, we'll say so.
Technology and data
Do I need to use AI or buy new software?
No. Sometimes the fix is a clearer process or better use of tools you already pay for. We only recommend automation or AI when it clearly saves time. How we approach automation and AI.
How do you handle our data?
We only ask for the access we need, explain where any data goes before setting up a tool, keep sensitive information out of tools that shouldn't have it, and remove our access when a project ends.
Is Grox related to Grok?
No. Grox Co. is an independent Ottawa-based business. The name combines growth and operations. It has no connection to Grok or xAI.
