In short: the 30-Day Client Revival is a done-for-you business development campaign for Ontario recruitment and staffing agencies with 5–50 people. Past employer clients get personal check-ins you approve, new employer inquiries get a same-hour reply, fee agreements and proposals get followed up, and you see it all on one page every Monday. It's $3,000 up front or $3,500 in two payments, and it starts with a free 30-minute Revival Check.
Sound familiar?
Employers who've hired through you before already know you and trust your work. Most agencies just don't have anyone whose job it is to stay in touch.
What it's worth
The math is simple: past clients, times the chance one of them has a role, times your placement fee. Put in your own numbers to see what just one revived placement a quarter would be worth over a year.
This is a rough estimate using your numbers, not a forecast or a promise of results. On the Revival Check we go through it together, more carefully.
Enter both numbers to see your estimate.
Estimate only. It assumes one extra placement a quarter from your past clients, and doesn't count repeat roles or referrals.
What's included
Five parts, set up and run for you inside your existing database or CRM.
We sort your past employer clients into groups and write personal check-in messages for each one. You approve them, and they go out from your own accounts. Past clients hear from you with a real reason to reply.
An instant acknowledgement, an alert to you, and a clear owner for every new lead. Employers hear back while they're still deciding who to call.
Follow-ups on day 2, 5 and 10, plus a proposal template you can send the same day. Fewer agreements go quiet just because nobody followed up.
One page every Monday showing your clients, open roles and next actions. You see what's moving without asking anyone.
A 30-minute recorded training so your recruiters know how to handle the replies. Nobody has to learn a new system.
What your past clients actually get
Every check-in is written for one group of your clients, in your voice. You approve it before it's sent, and it goes out from your own email address.

It's been about three months since [Candidate] started as [role]. How are they getting on? If there's anything we should know for next time, I'd really like to hear it.

How it works
We do the setup, the writing and the follow-up. Your part is a kickoff, approving the messages and replying to the conversations that start.
We count your past clients, estimate what one revived placement is worth to you, and show you the gap. If it isn't worth doing, we'll tell you.
You give us access to your CRM or database. We agree in writing on the number of conversations the campaign should start.
We sort your client list, write the messages and set up the reply system and follow-ups. You approve everything before anything is sent.
Past clients hear from you. Replies go to the right recruiter, and fee agreements get followed up.
You get one page with your clients, open roles and next actions, so you can see exactly what the campaign is doing.

The conversations guarantee
If the revival campaign doesn't start at least the number of real conversations with past or lapsed clients that we agree in writing, within 30 days of launch, we keep working on it at no extra cost until it does.
It's a guarantee on conversations, not on revenue, job orders or placements. Those depend on your clients and your team, and nobody can honestly promise them.

Grox Co. is new, so we're offering the full 30-Day Client Revival free to the first three agencies. You pay any software costs directly. The agreement is in writing.
Data and compliance
With your permission, in the CRM or database you already use. Nothing is moved to a new platform.
We sign a simple confidentiality agreement before we see anything.
We never export your client data or use it for anything else.
Messages go only to contacts you have valid consent to email under Canada's anti-spam law, generally clients you did business with in the last two years, and every message includes an opt-out.
We only work on the employer side of your agency. We don't screen candidates or touch candidate data.
Why a small firm
Questions
Most agency CRMs can send campaigns. What usually doesn't happen is the work around it: sorting the client list into groups, writing check-ins worth replying to, following up, and making sure every reply reaches the right person. We do that work inside the CRM you already pay for. If the Revival Check shows you don't need us, we'll say so.
That's the reason it's done carefully. These aren't newsletters or blasts. They're short, personal check-ins written for each group of clients, sent from your own accounts, only to contacts you have valid consent to email, and each one includes a way to opt out. You approve every message before it goes out.
About one hour of the owner's time in total: the kickoff, approving the messages and a short review. Your team watches a 30-minute recorded training. After that, their part is replying to the conversations that start, which is the point.
Some won't, and that's normal. A good check-in still helps: you find out when they expect to hire next, who else in the company hires, and you're the agency they think of first when a role opens. That's why the guarantee is about real conversations, not roles. Nobody can honestly promise roles.
We work inside your CRM or database with your permission, sign a simple confidentiality agreement and never export your client data. We only work on the employer side. We don't screen candidates or use candidate data.
You keep everything we set up: the messages, the reply system, the follow-up schedule, the Monday view and the training. If you'd like us to keep running new revival campaigns each month, that's BD Engine, from $1,000 a month.
No message goes to your clients without your approval. We write the check-ins for each group of your clients, in your agency's voice, and a person at Grox Co. reads and edits every one. We may use writing tools to speed up drafts, but nothing is sent by a chatbot. The only automatic message is the instant acknowledgement to new employer inquiries, and you approve its wording before it goes live.
