In short: Find the Opportunity is the starting review from Grox Co., an Ottawa-based growth and operations consultancy. We map one process with your team, such as how inquiries become customers or how finished jobs become paid invoices, find where it stalls, and give you up to three prioritized findings and a practical plan. It costs $500 CAD, fixed, and takes 3–5 business days.

  5. If nothing is worth fixingWe say so plainly, and you've saved the cost of a project you didn't need.

Honest fit check

Is the review right for your business?

A good fit if

  • You run an established business with customers and a team
  • One process matters and feels slower or messier than it should
  • You want a straight answer and a plan, not a thick report
  • You're open to fixing things with the tools you already have

Not a fit if

  • You're a startup still looking for your first customers
  • You want someone to run your ads or social media
  • You want someone to promise a specific revenue or lead number
  • You want help screening candidates (for recruitment agencies, we work on the client side only)

Questions

Questions about the review

What if you don't find anything worth fixing?

Then we'll tell you plainly. You still get the map of how the process works today, and you'll know you don't need to spend more on it.

Why isn't the review free?

A proper review takes real time: conversations, mapping and analysis. A fair, fixed price means you get careful work instead of a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. The 15-minute call is always free.

Why does it say "from" $500?

$500 covers a review of one process. If the process you want looked at is larger, for example it spans several teams, we'll tell you the fixed price on the free call, in writing, before you agree to anything.

Do I have to hire you to make the fixes?

No. The plan is yours to keep. You can do the work yourself, with someone else or with us.

What does the fix usually cost?

If you'd like us to build it, Make It Better projects are fixed scope and start at $3,000, paid in milestones. You get a written quote before anything starts.

Do you need access to our systems or customer data?

Usually a screen share is enough. If we need access to a tool, we ask only for what we need and remove it when the review ends. Recruitment agencies don't need to share any candidate data.
